1.  Collection and Use of Personal Information

“Personal Information” is data or information that can be used to identify, locate, or contact an individual.

You may be asked to provide certain Personal Information any time you are in contact with SirenOpt. We may share this information with our affiliates and they may use it consistent with the terms of this Privacy Notice or their own policies or practices concerning Personal Information. You are not required to provide the Personal Information that we request, but, if you choose not to do so, we may not be able to provide you with our Services or respond to any inquiries you may have.

Below are some examples of the types of Personal Information SirenOpt may collect and how we may use it:

1.1  What Personal Information We Collect

Contact Information that allows us to communicate withyou, such as your name, username, mailing address, phone number, email address,and contact preferences.

Relationship Information that helps us understand who you are and what you want in order to offer you Products and Services that may interest you, including, for example, information you provide about you and those people such as name, general location, mailing address, email address, phone number, and other demographic information.

Interest Information that enables us to provide you with information about Products or Services that may be of interest to you, such as your email address, interest preferences, and other related information.

1.2  How We Use Your Information and Data (the “Purposes”)

SirenOpt uses Personal Information for a variety ofpurposes, including:

Customer Service: to fulfill orders for Products or Services,and offer other services related to your order, such as product delivery,maintenance, warranty service, financing, and credit services;

Product and Customer Support: to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies, and to provide support and maintenance for our Products or Services.

Marketing: to keep you posted on SirenOpt’s latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. If you don't wantto be on our mailing list, you can opt out any time by clicking on theapplicable unsubscribe buttons in each marketing email or by contacting usdirectly with your request (see Section 12, below).

Communications: to provide you with information that maybe of interest, such as SirenOpt news, announcements, reminders, or technicalservice bulletins; and

Manage Our Everyday Business Ness: such as creating, developing, operating, delivering, and improving our Products, Services, and content, and for anti-fraud purposes, payment processing, product development, contract management, website administration, analytics, corporate governance, reporting and legal compliance.

If we combine non-personal information with Personal Information, the combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it includes Personal Information.

1.3.  Use of Additional Information

Please note that we may also disclose information and data about you that is not personally identifiable. For example, we may generate or publish reports that contain aggregated and statistical data about our customers and equipment. These reports do not contain information that would enable the recipient to contact, locate or identify you.

2.  Cookies and Other Technologies

SirenOpt’s Services, Products, email messages, and advertisements may include the use "cookies" and other technologies such as pixel tags, browser analysis tools, and web beacons. For example, when you visit our Website, we place cookies on your computer. Cookies are small text files that websites send to your computer or other internet connected device to uniquely identify your browser or to store information or settings in your browser. Cookies allow us to recognize you when you return to our Website. They also help us provide a customized experience and enable us to detect certain kinds of fraud.

Pixel tags and web beacons are tiny graphic images placed on website pages or in emails that allow the determination of whether a user has performed a specific action, such as opening the email. When you access these pages or open or click and email, the pixel tags and web beacons generate a notice of that action. These tools allow the measurement of responses to communications and improvement of web pages.

We collect many different types of information from cookies and other technologies. For example, we may collect information aboutthe device you use to access our Website, your operating system type, browser type, domain and other system settings, as well as the language your system uses and the country and time zone where your device is located. Our server logs also may record the IP address or derivative of the device you use to connect to the internet. An IP address is a unique identifier that devices use to identify and communicate with each other on the internet. We may also collect information about the website you were visiting before you came to SirenOpt and the website you visit after you leave our site.

In many cases, the information we collect using cookies and other tools is only used in a non-identifiable way, without reference to personal information. For example, we use information we collect about website users to understand and analyze trends, to administer the Services and Products, to learn about user behavior on the Website, and to improve our Products and Services.

If you want to disable cookies, most browsers will permit you to do so. Please note that certain features of the Website will not be available once cookies are disabled.

In our email messages, we may use a “click-through URL”linked to content on the Website. When users click one of these URLs, they maypass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page onthe Website. We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure theeffectiveness of our customer and user communications. If you prefer not to betracked in this way, you should not click text or graphic links in the emailmessages.

3.  Disclosure to Third Parties

3.1.  ServiceProviders

We may provide your Personal Information to third-party service providers or affiliates who work on behalf of or with us to provide some of the services and features of our Products and Services and to help us communicate with you. Examples of such services include sending e-mail, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing payments (including credit card payments) and providing customer service. We limit information provided to the aforementioned affiliate and third-party service providers to the extent necessary for them to provide the services and require such service provider to promise not to use such information except as necessary to provide the relevant services to us.

3.2.  StrategicPartners

SirenOpt may make certain Personal Information available to  strategic partners that work with SirenOpt to provide products and services, or that help SirenOpt market to customers. Personal Information will only be shared by SIrenOpt to provide or improve our Products and Services subject to this Privacy Notice, and it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3.3.  Per YourRequests

In certain cases, you may request that we provide your Personal Information to a third party. For example, if you ask us to forward a white paper to a third party, then we will provide some Personal Information to the third party so he or she will know why we are communicating.

3.4.  Others

It may be necessary — by law, legal process, litigation,or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence — for SIrenOpt to disclose your Personal Information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.

We may also disclose your Personal Information if wedetermine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms andconditions or protect our operations or users. In the event of areorganization, merger, or sale, we may transfer any Personal Information wecollect to the relevant third parties.

4.  Protection of Personal Information

We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Information. We use a variety of industry-standard securitytechnologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Information fromunauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Even though we have taken significantsteps to protect your Personal Information, no company, including us, can fullyeliminate security risks associated with Personal Information.

As noted above, SirenOpt takes reasonable physical,electronic and administrative measures to protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access, use, damage, or destruction. No method of transmitting information over the Internet or storing information is completely secure, however. Accordingly, while we strive  to protect your Personal Information, SirenOpt cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

When you use some SirenOpt Products, Services, orapplications or post on a SirenOpt forum, chat room, or social networkingservice,  the Personal Information andcontent you choose to share is  visibleto other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsiblefor the Personal Information you choose to share or submit in these instances.For example, if you list your name and/or email address in a forum posting,that information is public. Please take care when using these features.

5.  Access to Personal Information; Integrity and Retention of Personal Information

We will provide you with a copy of your Personal Information we hold upon your request. You may also request that we correct inaccurate data or delete data about you, provided that SirenOpt is  not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We  may decline to process requests that are frivolous or  vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law.  Access, correction,  or deletion requests can be made by contacting SirenOpt(see Section 12, below).

6.  Children

SirenOpt does not direct its Products or Services tochildren under the age of sixteen and children under the age of sixteen, orequivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, are not permitted to usethe Products or Services.

Protecting the privacy of children is very important and we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personal Information from children under thirteen, or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction. If you believe that your child is using our Website, please contact us at legal@sirenopt.com so that we can investigate and delete any inappropriate information.

7.  Location-Based Services

To provide location-based services on SirenOpt Products and Services, SIrenOpt and our partners and licensees may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer, browser, or SirenOpt device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine the approximate location of your device. Unless you provide consent, this location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by SirenOpt and our partners and licensees to provide and improve location-based Products and Services. For example, your device may share its geographic location with application providers when you opt in to their location services.

8.  Privacy Policies of Third-Parties

This Privacy Notice only addresses the use and disclosure of information and data by SirenOpt. Other websites that may be accessible through our Website have their own privacy policies and practices. Our independent suppliers, service providers, and business partners have their own privacy policies and practices too. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the privacy notices, statements, and policies provided by all third parties before providing them with information or taking advantage of an offer or promotion.

9.  International Users (Outside the United States)

Information you provide or make available may be transferred or accessed by entities around the world as described in this Privacy Notice. SIrenOpt primarily uses servers and service providers located in the United States. If you do not want your Personal Information transferred to the United States, do not use the Products or Services.

10. California Privacy Disclosures

Do Not Track

SirenOpt does not respond to Do Not Track signals. In connection with marketing activities, SIrenOpt may track its customers overtime and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising. In addition, you should understand that some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you.

Shine the Light

As described above (see Section 3), SirenOpt does not provide your personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes and our relationships with individuals are not primarily  for personal, family, or household purposes. Accordingly, the disclosure provisions of California Civil Code Section 1798.83 do not apply.

11.  Changes to Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice is subject to occasional revision at our discretion. If we change the policy or statement in a material way, a notice will be posted on our Website along with the updated Privacy Notice. Any changes to this Privacy Notice will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Notice on the Website. If you object to any such changes, you must cease using the Products and Services. Your continued use of the Products and Services following such changes shall indicate that you acknowledge and accept the revised Privacy Notice and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.
